Laptop on the Beach It seems wherever you go on the internet these days, everyone is talking about “Lifestyle Design” (or maybe it’s just me noticing).

While becoming “Location Independent” and living an unconventional life might sound glamorous and exciting when Tim Ferris writes about it in his book “The Four Hour Work Week”– how do you have this type of life if you’re over 30, married with children and have a mortgage and financial obligations? How do you fund your travel and maintain the bare essentials at home?

This “Alternate Lifestyle” doesn’t just apply to where you live and how you work, but also how you care for your health. An ever increasing number of people (parents especially) are questioning the conventional beliefs around healthcare and asking how to be proactive and safe about healthcare and how to avoid drugs, vaccines and unnecessary interventions wherever possible.

These are the questions I’ve been asking myself for a few years now and I’m looking forward to sharing my thoughts and adventures with you.
